The Redwood is now the ideal tree in my mind. When I think of a tree, it is a Redwood. The Redwoods are awesome and I wish we could have spent more
time hanging around them, but again we were on a timeline, so we did the
whirlwind tour. We saw a lot of beautiful trees, traveled the Avenue of the Giants, and did the drive-thru tree. We did not see the
largest tree, or the oldest tree, etc, but we really enjoyed the Redwoods.

ReplyDeletePlease note that Tes is not a good "prop" for setting the scale of these trees. In fact, I would like to argue that these are not redwoods, but some other similar looking tree. The pic with the car going through it is clearly photoshopped, or a fake tree, or fake car with tiny replica of Bowman.
